Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across the UK mainland. We also offer Express (1–2 days) and Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm Monday–Thursday) at checkout. All delivery options are tracked. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote islands may take 1–2 additional days.
Yes, we deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. Please note that deliveries to some remote postcodes may take slightly longer and may incur a small surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout before you pay.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS (if you opted in). You can also track all your orders in real time from your account dashboard. Simply sign in and click on any order to see its latest tracking status and estimated delivery date.
Yes, absolutely. All prices displayed on our website include 20% VAT as required by UK law. There are no hidden charges added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. VAT is shown as a separate line item on your invoice for your records. If you're a VAT-registered business, you may be able to reclaim this.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We also accept returns for faulty or incorrect items within 30 days. See our full Returns Policy for step-by-step instructions.
We accept bank transfer only (BACS or Faster Payments). There is no online card payment — this keeps our prices low and your details safe.
Simply place your order, then transfer the total to: Admission Master Ltd., Account Number 30698701, Sort Code 04-00-03, using your Order ID as the payment reference. Full instructions are shown on your order confirmation page.
Payment happens after your order. Place your order online first — no payment is taken at that point. You'll then receive the bank details (also shown on your confirmation page) and can send the transfer whenever you're ready, quoting your Order ID. We dispatch as soon as the funds clear, usually the same or next working day.
Yes — orders are accepted between £50.00 and £500.00 per transaction. This range applies to all bank-transfer orders. If you'd like to place a larger or trade order above £500, please contact us and we'll arrange it directly.
