Terms & Conditions

All orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if a pricing error occurs, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment for orders is accepted by bank transfer only (BACS or Faster Payments). We do not process card payments on this website.

Payment is due after you place your order. Following checkout you will be shown, and emailed, the following details to complete your transfer: Admission Master Ltd., Account Number 30698701, Sort Code 04-00-03. You must quote your Order ID as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.

Orders are accepted between a minimum of £50.00 and a maximum of £500.00 per transaction. Orders outside this range may be cancelled or require prior arrangement.

Goods will be dispatched once the transfer has cleared into our account. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20% where applicable.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery windows, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delayed delivery.

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received full payment for the order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total purchase price of the goods in that order.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

We do not exclude or limit our liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
